The Year of Praxis: The FCYO 2024 Annual Report has Arrived! 

In 2024, FCYO’s year was guided by praxis— with both our team and our cohorts engaged in a cycle of experimentation and synthesis, innovating new learnings and applying them to our practices. From the civic engagement-centered Organizing to Win Lab 3, to the accelerated capacity-building incubator Youth Organizing for Climate Action and Racial Equity 2, our cohorts have spent the year on the frontlines, building the power to win a more just society. In our 2024 Annual Report, we reflect on the lessons generated from our partners in the organizing field and philanthropy, and share about how they are helping shape our plans for the future.
