Love & Power, Joy & Rigor: FCYO’s 2022 Annual Report is Here!

Last year was an unprecedented transition and growth for FCYO! We launched the Youth Power Pledge, six new programs, and increased the scope and scale of work - distributing $4.8 million to 108 organizations!

We are excited to share our learnings and reflections in our newly launched 2022 Annual Report - “Love & Power, Joy & Rigor.” Full of insights from reflecting, experimenting, and growing alongside visionary organizers and brilliant philanthropic leaders, our annual report introduces our Power to Win Framework, program snapshots, and reflections from a year of strategy sessions and power building through our funder organizing and resource mobilization work.
