FCYO Learning & Exchange Fund RFP Webinar

*Update: All applicants to the Learning and Exchange Fund will be notified by February 24, 2017

On January 12, 2017, FCYO held an informational webinar on our open Learning & Exchange Fund initiative, which provides support for organizational learning and relationship building among youth organizing groups across the country. FCYO will provide resources for organizations to create shared learning opportunities that strengthen their organizations’ capacity and build a stronger and more interconnected youth organizing field. This fund will also provide support to youth organizers to work with consultants or intermediaries around specific ways to strengthen their organizations.

The FCYO Learning and Exchange Fund will provide small grants to youth organizing groups for learning opportunities with both peer organizations and/or social justice strategy/training consultants that will strengthen organizational capacity and support the development of relationships among youth organizers. The Learning and Exchange Fund is a part the Youth Community Organizing Resource Exchange (Youth CORE), a larger FCYO initiative that has a principal goal of building a stronger and more interconnected youth organizing field in the United States and creating regular opportunities for shared learning.

This webinar discussed the goals of the fund, and how to apply to the initiative, and answered questions from interested applicants from across the country. You may also access the presentation by clicking the dowload link in the sidebar above.
